Robert is ready. Ready to share his distinctive soulful and Incomparable sound. An appreciation for all genres of music. The one that resonated with him in his youth was Soul. He would often be found up in his room with copies of his fathers Donny Hathaway, Supremes, and George Benson records. At the age of seventeen he secured a place at the School for Performing Arts in Newcastle. He continued to master all aspects of performance but with music remaining forefront he began recording and performing with a band before moving to London work as a solo artist. Signing with a Management company he recorded his first album. Here he realised being a vocalist wasn’t enough, to be the artist he wanted would mean to write from truth, his truth. This experience allowed him to grow taking him from singer to songwriter. Fusing all elements together he learned his style was to capture an audience with his vocals and effortless charisma, to become the fearless performer he is today. Currently recording with Play studios and building his repertoire of songs Give him a band, guitarist or an empty stage he will always do what he knows best, sing.
